Housing will be made available in game at the cost of Renting or Leasing a space. They cannot be decorated and come as is.

Current work is being considered regarding permanent Housing with placeable furniture.

Requirements for Renting a house is merely gold. If you have enough, you can rent out a space for yourself or others to share.
